Rod the new sofa designed by piero lissoni features a distinctive slender back and light airy shell lined with inviting cushions raised up on 12 mm wide chrome plated steel feet screwed into the frame rod comes in set dimensions as an armchair bench and two or three cushion sofa available in two different depths. The upholstery collection is the essence of living divani.

To the outdoor specific fabrics with an accurate and solid feel are adapted on forms already used for the interior. The new rod bean consists of central and terminal elements fluid dynamic shapes which come together sinuously to make even more alluring spaces. Beds are the natural development of sofas characterized by the same sober and neutral shapes. The possibility to differentiate the lining of the frame from the cushions creates attractive and charming two tone combinations of materials.

Rod characterized by slender back and light airy shell lined with inviting cushions enhanced with quilted details and buttons at sights is now available in the modular version to build new spatial solutions and original compositions. The degrees of the curving and the dual depth of the terminal units allow the new elements to be perfectly integrated with the existing ones opening to new settings and combinations. Backrest and armrest structure in self supporting decorative hpl panel. Supporting structure in lacquered drawn tubular steel seat sprung with coated rubber elastic straps and polyurethane foam. Rodwood vintage touches revisited in a more contemporary geometric look. Backrest cushions and seat in washed and sterilised goosedown with polyurethane insert.
